Please connect a mouse to wake up the monitor when you set your laptop on Clamshell Mode. 3) Please connect a PD power adapter greater than 65W to the "USB C-PD" port on the dock to ensure all functions work stably; 4) Please connect your monitor to the HDMI port(s), NOT the USB-C ports, all of the USB-C ports on the dock don't support video output. 5) The PULWTOP Model: BD216C CAN'T split screen on MacBooks and iPads, ONLY supports mirror mode (ABB or AAA).
