Q: Why can not get a dual monitor when I connect?

Q: Why did not charge my laptop when I connect the usb-c port?

A: The USB C port of the docking station only can power itself and does not support charging the laptop. Please charge by another port of laptop itself.

Q: Why does the laptop get hot when it is connected to the hub to work?

A:The hub temperature will heat up when it works. 0 - 50 is the normal and reasonable range. It's a normal situation for all hubs, not a quality problem, please feel relieved about usage.

Q: Why is the display resolution only 800*600?

A: The product cannot automatically recognize and adjust the resolution. Therefore, when the product is connected for the first time, the resolution does not automatically reach 1080P, and it needs to be manually adjusted to 1080P or above.

Q: Why doesn't my company computer support downloading drivers?

A: Since some companies' computers will prevent employees from downloading other programs to interfere with their work, they will be set up as a system that prevents external program downloads, so it will cause the phenomenon that drivers cannot be downloaded, please understand.
