Andrew and Sophie aren’t your typical founders. They're not hiding behind desks—they're underwater, testing prototypes, geeking out over lens clarity, and chasing fish (for research, of course). Their deep involvement in every part of the product process is what makes this brand so personal and trustworthy. They believe that if something isn’t good enough for their own adventures, it’s not good enough for their customers.

How did we get our start?
Back when the iPhone 6 came out, Andrew built the first prototype for what would become the ProShotCase. After losing his phone to water, he realized he needed something better—something that could truly protect his phone while diving deeper and capturing the beauty of the underwater world.
Why do we love what we do?
Andrew and Sophie met in 2016 and instantly bonded over their shared passion for the ocean. Since then, they’ve been building ProShotCase & Tidal Sports together—testing, designing, diving, and constantly improving their gear as a true husband-and-wife team.
Where are we now?
We've spent 10 years (since 2015) designing, redesigning, and thoroughly testing all of our products in every situation we could imagine. Today, ProShot and Tidal Sports are trusted by tens of thousands of diving professionals and ocean-loving adventurers all over the world. What started with a single waterproof case has grown into a full lineup of ultra-durable underwater housings, anti-fog dive & snorkel masks that actually remain fog-free (they even won an award!), and innovative underwater accessories - all built to survive the wild, salty places you love to explore.
What problem are we solving?
Diving should be simple: see clearly, capture easily. We built gear that makes that possible.
We designed our underwater smartphone housings to be reliable, simple to use, and affordable - allowing more people to document and share the beauty of the underwater world.
Our Tidal Masks solve the problem of foggy masks that ruin dives and snorkels! Tidal's long-lasting anti-fog films prevent fogging 100% of the time.
ProShot & Tidal Sports exist to help you explore and protect the ocean. We believe UW gear should help you enjoy the blue world while also helping save it.
