Why are these towels so much better for the beach?
Regular towels are small, heavy, and collect sand. SummerSand towels are oversized, lightweight, and the sand shakes right off.
Most customers tell us once they switch, they never go back.
How can they be so lightweight and absorbent at the same time?
Our microfiber towels absorb up to 8 times their own weight in water, while cotton towels hold only 2 to 3 times their weight.
This allows us to make towels that are compact and lightweight, yet still dry you off quickly after every swim.
Are these towels great for picnics?
Absolutely. With its large 71 × 63 in size and soft feel, it’s ideal for picnics. Comfortable to sit on, easy to carry, and noticeably more stylish than typical stiff picnic mats.
Is it machine washable?
Yes! We recommend machine washing at 30-40°C.
Do not use fabric softener (it can reduce absorbency and quick dry performance).
Tumble dry on low temperature if needed, but your towel will prefer sun and fresh air.
Do they stay fresh between uses?
Yes. Thanks to the quick drying, odor resistant fabric, the towel stays fresh throughout the day and across several days on a trip.
