After thorough analysis, we have determined that most issues with the dash cam are related to the memory card. The speed and durability of your memory card must meet certain requirements to function properly. Therefore, we strongly recommend using the Samsung PRO Endurance 128GB Memory Card. You can find it on by searching for the code B09WB1857W.
Please avoid using generic Class 10 cards from third-party sellers, as they are not designed for dual FHD 1080P dash cams.
Note that the memory card is not included in the packaging. The dash cam supports up to a 512GB microSD card. If you use a card with 64GB capacity or higher, please format it on the dash cam before use. You can find the format option in the menu.
Helpful Tips
For improved night vision, the interior camera features a special lens that can detect ultraviolet rays from sunlight, resulting in a purple tint on the video. You can test the camera in areas without sunlight.
The dash cam operates automatically; it begins recording when the engine is turned on and stops when the engine is turned off.
Both cameras can rotate 180 degrees forward and backward, and 50 degrees left and right.
For enhanced safety, there is no built-in battery. Always connect the dash cam to an external power source while in use.
This dash cam includes an Auto Power Off feature. If there is no external power connection, it will shut down after 5 seconds.
The package includes both a 3M Adhesive Mount Kit and a Suction Cup Mount, allowing you to choose your preferred installation method. Please note that the D30H dash cam is not compatible with any Mirror Mount Kit.
Additionally, the package contains a Windshield Static Cling to keep your windshield clean.
[24-Hour Parking Monitor] - To leave the dash cam running while parked, you will need to purchase an ACC hardwire kit (search for B0765683WG on ). This kit includes low battery voltage detection and is not included with the dash cam.
