What kind of toothpaste is this automatic toothpaste dispenser suitable for?
It's suitable for adult and kid's toothpastes with threaded openings. For flip-top toothpastes, it can be used if the inner part has threads after unscrewing the cap. Toothpastes without threads or with openings shorter than 7mm are not applicable.
Which gear is recommended for first-time use?
First - time use set to Level 6. Once it expels air and dispenses normally, pick the right level for you. Thick toothpaste may not on Level 1 (normal). Due to varying consistencies, select the right level by paste thickness and needs.
The sensor light of the machine is always on when it is turned on?
Please make sure that the tray is installed in place (the tray is aligned and then pressed into the slot). If it is not installed in place, the machine will be triggered by mistake, the light will stay on and the toothpaste may be lost.
How many gears does it have, and can toothpaste be dispensed in each gear?
It has six gears. Thick toothpaste might not dispense in Gear 1, which is normal. Gears 1 - 2 suit kids' or light - textured toothpaste; use Gear 3+ for thick ones.
What should I do if the toothpaste dispensing nozzle of my toothpaste dispenser is dirty or blocked?
