How Do I Apply XyliMelts?
Notice there is a tan side and a white side to the melts. Once applied, the white side will be touching your cheek.
The tan side is what will adhere to your gums and hold the melt in place.
Place a disc at the gum line on the outside of a molar, upper or lower. Remember, the tan side will adhere to your gums.
Use your tongue to push the disc/melt to a comfortable spot. Once there, do not push with your tongue for 10 seconds, as this will disrupt the adhesion which grows stronger over time.
