Black Label is a professional-grade, single-component glossy sealer formulated for concrete, epoxy, metal, stone, and other properly prepared surfaces. It improves the look of treated surfaces while providing a protective high-gloss finish. It aids in repelling water, fingerprints, dirt, and debris while enhancing stain and chemical resistance. It is perfect for interior and exterior uses where a glossy, easier-to-maintain protective finish is wanted. No mixing is needed. Secure the cap, shake thoroughly, and apply a thin, uniform coat using a pump-up sprayer, HVLP sprayer, microfiber pad, microfiber sponge, roller, or brush based on the surface and project. For optimal adhesion, clean the surface completely, remove any residue, rinse if necessary, let the surface dry fully, then wipe with 99% isopropyl alcohol before applying the sealer. It is designed as a one-coat system. Maintain a wet edge, avoid puddles, do not use a figure-8 motion, and do not mix with water. It becomes dry to the touch in about 60 minutes, is walkable in 12 to 24 hours, and reaches a full chemical cure in 7 to 14 days. Estimated Coverage: Approximately 200 to 250 sq ft
