It retains all the features of its predecessor but is lighter, thinner, more durable, more comfortable, and boasts a stronger magnetic hold. Most importantly, it’s more user-friendly.

Yes, after countless refinements, we believe the MagOne 3rd Gen could be the perfect phone grip in many people’s imaginations.

Innovative Elastic Strap Design

Indeed, the elastic strap design is an innovation.

Until now, integrating an elastic strap into such a compact, lightweight product was something that many designers aspired to but found daunting-especially considering the strap needed to be comfortable, durable, rotatable, and compatible with wireless charging.

It seemed nearly impossible, but we found a solution and made it happen.

We went through dozens of suppliers and countless tested hundreds of elastic straps to select the most suitable material for the MagOne 3rd Gen. Then, through nearly a hundred iterations of sample adjustments to its tension and surface texture, we finally achieved the desired outcome.

We persevered because we believe this is the only way to create a product that reaches perfection and genuinely delights our users.

What if my fingers feel pain or uncomfortable when using the grip?

The elastic band is designed for grip your phone with more safety in a short-term use, please do not put yourfinger under the elastic band for more than 5 minutes.

A Stand That Does It All

Based on our research with diverse users, we found that the need for a stand extends far beyond just watching videos. A stand is useful in virtually every scenario-whether it's video calls (or meetings), watching TikTok, flying, travel photography, reading, car repairs, working out, cooking, and even while sleeping, bathing, or brushing teeth. That's why we were the first to design an outer ring that functions as a stand, catering to all of these needs.

The MagOne 3rd Gen features an outer ring that is more durable than its predecessor, with an even stronger rivet connection to the base.

Q: How to reposition the stand for portrait mode or landscape mode?

A: Method 1, flip up the outer ring then rotate it to the right mode.

Method 2, remove the ring grip then re-attach at the right mode.

Interchangeable, for Endless Possibilities

Since the first generation of MagOne, we have insisted on an Interchangeable design.

This is the only way to continually explore more possibilities and offer superior options and experiences for diverse needs.

We have designed over five different silicone bands for the previous generation, which made our users’ eyes light up.

Likewise, we will continue to design new interchangeable rotating inner rings for the MagOne 3rd Gen, available for users to choose and purchase.

The MagOne 3rd Gen is also our third-generation platform.

After-sales policy for inner-ring/strap:

1. Starting from the date of product received, we offer service for up to 18 months for the inner-ring. Simply send us a photo of the broken ring/strap, we will delivery a new pack with 2 rings inside to you.
2. Delivery is limited to a maximum of 3 times.

Step 1.Disassemble: Remove the inner ring by gentlypressing down the end part of the elasticated band.

Step 2.Install: Align the four highlights on the back ofthe inner ring with the four snaps on the inside of theouter ring,embed and flatten.

Important Reminders:

1. Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, it will cause a weak connection.
2. Do not forcefully swing your phone with the ring holder on as the company will not responsible for damage from misuse of products, including but not limited to falls or intense movement.
3. You don't need to remove the grip when wireless charging, but please make sure: a. Use a magnetic case which thickness no more than 1.5mm (while most of existing products works good through our test, please make sure this when you need the feature work properly.) b. Use a magnetic wireless charger but not normal desktop wireless charging pad. We've tested that most of existing magnetic wireless charger will work well, but if the charger power is too weak, you may need to remove the grip before charging, therefore, a minimum of 20W wall adapter is required.
4. We covered a silicone loop pad on the back side of the phone grip, but it still may scratch the back of your phone case. Thus we prepared a film case-back protector to avoid this issue, make sure to stick the film on.
5. Please follow the guide to properly remove the ring grip from your phone, incorrect methods may cause damage of the silicone strap.
