Why is my tablet slowly drooping or shaking during use?
Make sure the C-clamp is flat against the desk edge and tightened firmly. Bend the arm into an S-shape instead of straight. Keep device weight under 1 kg (2.2 lb), and remove the tablet when not in use.
Where can I safely clamp this stand?
Clamp only to flat, solid, non-moving surfaces such as desks, tables or counters up to 2.32 inch (5.9 cm) thick. Do not clamp to bed headboards, treadmills or exercise bikes, as movement can loosen the clamp.
Is the gooseneck supposed to feel this stiff?
Yes. The arm is stiff so it can hold tablets without sagging. Use both hands to bend it into position first, then place your device in the holder. Adjust the arm shape instead of forcing it completely straight.
Will it work with my tablet and case?
The holder fits 4.7–13.5 inch devices up to about 1 kg and around 0.6 inch thick. Very thick rugged or keyboard cases may be too big. For best grip with large 12.9 inch tablets, use a slimmer case or remove the case.
