Is an app or Bluetooth required for AI face tracking?
No app or Bluetooth needed! Our smart lens works independently. Just turn it on, and it auto-tracks your face. Use the "OK" gesture to start and "Palm" to pause. Ready right out of the box!
What is the recommended height for smooth AI tracking?
It extends to 71" for static shots, but for active AI tracking, we recommend 50"-60" (1.2m-1.5m). This height balances a great viewing angle with maximum motor stability, minimizing natural sway.
Can I use this stand outdoors in windy conditions?
Yes, the upgraded Quadpod base offers excellent stability. For strong winds, we recommend placing a small sandbag over the legs—a common pro photographer trick to keep gear tip-free in bad weather.
Does the magnetic mount work with non-MagSafe phones?
It works directly with MagSafe iPhones/cases. For Androids or thick cases, just use the included adjustable phone clip! It attaches easily, ensuring 100% compatibility and security for any phone.
