Does this come with replacement adhesive for the battery and display?

The battery I received did not come with any adhesive. You will have to provide your own for both if you plan on replacing the adhesive, though to be honest, the existing battery adhesive is sticky enough. You should confirm with whomever is selling the replacement display, whether it comes with the double-sided tape required to mount it. Couple of notes not mentioned by iFixit: Be careful not to scrape off the foam covering the ear speaker, and remember that isopropyl alcohol will dissolve the foam tape, so don't use it. Clean off the display adhesive carefully with tweezers, and take your time.
