1. Q: The transmitter can't send a signal ?

• A: Please check whether the transmitter is taken away the transparentfilm.When they are set up in the same channel,you can press the test button to test the signal,the light on the transmitter and receiver will become red.

2. Q: The receiver can't receive the signal or have no response?

• A: Please check whether the receiver switch on the side is on and installed the 2*1.5V AAA batteries,the most important is set up in the same channel as the transmitter.

3. Q: The flash trigger cannot trigger the flash light?

• A: Please check the flash light whether is set up in the same channel as the trigger,the sync cord or the hot shoe mount is completely connected.

4. Q: Does other brands of flashes can be suitable for this CT-16 flash trigger kit ?

• Yes,this trigger kit comes with the standard 3.5mm sync cable and 6.35mm covert adapter,it makes sure that you can use them to widely compatible with other brands of strobe flash.

5.Q:Does this flash trigger is compatible with Canon,Sony,Nikon Camera?

• There are too many major brands of cameras, but the camera model of the standard hot shoes is generally matched, please check the hot shoes head pictures to determine whether it matches your cameras.(Please understand that some models may not be compatible)
