Does the fan light have a memory function? Need to reset the light color/temperature, brightness, and speed each reboot?
First choose the light brightness and color temperature you want, and set the fan speed. Then turn off the power by wall switch, tumned onthe power again, the light and the fan will maintain the previous settings.
Can the part be replaced free if lampshade, LED light board, fan blade, controller, remote , or other parts are damaged?
Oponl will replace your parts with brand new ones free of charge if you experience a malfunction of accessories during use, such as lampshades, LED light panels, fan blades and controllers.
What should I do if I don't feel any breeze after turning on thefan?
Check whether the fan is in reverse mode. Press the reverse button on the remote control once, and the fan will shut doiwvn and restart, entering forward mode.
The remote light turns on when I press it, but the fan doesn't respond. What should I do?
If the remote light tums on but the fan doesn't respond, it may not be properly paired. Please follow the pairing steps in the manual to sync it with the fan—usually involves resetting power and pressing buttons. We're here if you need help!
