Q1. Why didn't I pair this adapter to my device ?
A: Firstly make sure the adapter is in pairing state, with the indicator flashing quickly; Then ensure that your device (like Bluetooth headphone) is in Bluetooth pairing mode, no other device paired to it. But if the adapter have been paired to your other devices and you want to use it to a new device, you can try to clear the pairing hisotry first. If they are both in pairing mode, make them close within 1 meter.
Q2. Why is there noticeble audio lag?
A: To achieve low latency and enjoy "no lip sync delay” experience, your device should also support aptX Low Latency. If not, the adapter might use another codec ( like SBC,aptX ), so there may result in some noticeabe audio delay by some users.
Q3. Why is there no sound from TV?
A: Firstly make sure it is successfully paired to your device and have enough volume. If there is no problems but still no sound, please ensure the aux cable is tightly plugged into " AUDIO OUT" or headphone jack in your TV. Then change the TV's sound settings from " TV Speaker "to" Audio Out ".
Q4. Why is there annoying static noise?
A: If you connect the 3.5mm aux jack and USB charging port to the same audio source, it may easily cause some ground loop buzzing noise. In this case you can use with a ground loop nose isolator. If you don't have one, please use a separate usb charger instead.
