- Works only with headphones and devices that have 3.5mm jacks.
- Not compatible with 2.5mm jack headphones.
- Includes a mute switch for quick mic control and a volume wheel for headphone audio (does not adjust your device’s master volume).

| Answer | Please use the Rotorary Volume Control to increase the speaker volume. If the volume is still too low even the Rotorary Volume Control is set on Max, please increase the audio output volume on the connected device. |
