How do I keep the earphones from falling off the pins?
Make sure cable pin is completely connected into earphone, when you hear a "click", it means MMCX pin is fully connected. If 2pin connector has the issue, please let us know. We will arrange a replacement for you under the specific situation
Do you have cable can connect apple iphone?

Are the pins in the recessed 2pin 0.78mm or 0.75mm?
The diameter of recessed 2pin connector is 0.78 mm,it fits for KZ and CCA earbuds with QDC connector.
How do I know orientation of pins? Is there a marking to show which side should go on outside?
The red pin goes in the right channel, the blue pin to left. After inserting them, use a test CD or Internet channel test for right and left. If the sound is incorrect, sap the cables.
Can I use MMCX Zonie cables with the IE200 IEMs?
