- Long time exposure to high temperature or the the blazing sun will shorten the service life of optical fiber.

- Question 1: I received the product and found that the light is not on.
The vibration of the vehicle during the transportation of the product may affect the contact between the battery and the circuit, resulting in the light head not lighting up. Solution: Please tighten the middle part of the handle body and the handle head, and it can be used normally.
- Question 2: I received the product and found that the light is not on.?
Most luminous products are powered on by pressing a button, but this product is powered on by pressing and holding the button for 1.5 seconds. Please press and hold the function button to power on and light up.
- Question 3:How to curl and maintain the optical fiber?
The optical fiber whip is a long whip product. When it is packaged and shipped, it is coiled and placed in a packaging box. Long-term storage will cause the optical fiber to curl. Please lift the handle part down after receiving it. The optical fiber will naturally straighten. You can also soak it in warm water at 70~90 degrees for 2 or 3 minutes, wipe it dry and then hang it up for better results.
Special attention: The handle part cannot be soaked in water!
