Overall Review: I purchased the Jabra Elite Sports around the end of November 2018. Within four months they were having balancing issues with all sound filtering to the left ear and hardly any volume in the right ear.
I contacted support through email. They responded about a week later informing me on how to do a firmware update, this solved nothing. I continued going back and forth through email with Jabra support for a few more weeks, with all of their delayed responses advising me to upgrade the firmware. Every response took in excess of a week.
The final interaction with Jabra support, they had me do a warranty return on my earbuds. The tracking shows they received the earbuds three weeks ago, I have yet to hear from Jabra regarding a replacement. I have sent unanswered emails once a week for the passed three weeks.
I have attempted to call Jabra support with the provided phone number, only to sit on hold forever. First call I sat on hold for 7 minutes, second call a few days later I sat on hold for 10 minutes, I tried again this last week and sat on hold for 25 minutes. They do not answer their support line at all it seems.
I feel fleeced.
If you purchase these expensive earbuds, pray nothing is wrong with them... you will not receive support or replacements.
