Q: How to reset T19 earbuds when I encounter connection issues?
A: If the earbuds fails to pair/disconnect/no sound/one earbud does not work, make sure the earbuds are charging properly and manually reset them (refer to the user manual for reset method)
Q: The earbuds won't charge ?
A: Please ensure that the charging contacts both of the earbuds and case are in the right position and not damaged. Also, please try to clean the contacts both of the earbuds and case by a brush or cotton swab in time to get rid of lint, dust, and dirt.
Q: Cannot adjust volume with the earbuds?
A: Please note that When using only one earbud (with the other in the case or powered off), you cannot adjust the volume with the button control, you can only adjust the volume level on your phone.
