EPOS ADAPT 560 II Headset - USB Type C - Wireless - Bluetooth - Over-the-head - Ear-cup - Black

The EPOS ADAPT 560 II is a black, over-the-head Bluetooth headset with a microphone, suited to people who want wireless audio for calls and everyday listening.

Recommended For

• Hybrid workers who move between home and office and want a Teams- or UC-focused headset for calls, with ANC to help reduce background noise.
• People who take calls on both a computer and a phone and want to stay connected to two Bluetooth devices at once.
• Mobile workers who want a foldable boom mic for clearer calls on the go, then can tuck it away when listening to audio.
• Commuters or café workers who want ANC for reducing lower-frequency background noise while taking calls or listening to audio.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• During work calls on a PC or Mac, the user can lower the foldable boom microphone and connect through the included USB dongle; the headset is certified for Microsoft Teams and is designed to prioritize clear speech pickup.
• In a shared or noisy workspace, the user can turn on ANC to reduce surrounding noise and focus on a call or other audio; it can help with background noise but does not make the space silent.
• When switching between computer meetings and mobile calls, the user can keep the headset connected to two devices and answer calls without taking it off or manually reconnecting each time.
• For hybrid work across home, office, and mobile devices, the user can use the headset for computer calls, phone calls, and listening without being tied to a desk; its carry case supports taking it between locations.
• Between meetings, the user can fold the boom mic away and listen to music or other audio; the headset serves as both a work-call device and everyday wireless headphones.
