The EPOS IMPACT 100 is a lightweight, stereo wired headset with a directional microphone, designed for talk-heavy professionals who spend much of the day on calls. Its in-line controls and Microsoft Teams and UC certifications suit office communication setups.

Recommended For

• Remote and hybrid workers who spend much of the day in Teams, Zoom, or other UC calls and want a lightweight wired headset with clear voice pickup and inline call controls.
• Call-center and customer-support agents handling frequent, long calls who benefit from a lightweight fit, a noise-reducing microphone, and easy-to-reach mute and volume controls.
• Office workers who prefer stereo call audio and need a plug-in USB-C or USB-A headset for a computer-based workstation rather than a wireless setup.
• Small businesses or IT teams equipping multiple desks with a wired UC headset that supports USB-C and USB-A connections.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• For a work-from-home employee moving between video meetings and phone calls, the IMPACT 100 can be plugged into a computer’s USB-C or USB-A port for a wired, no-battery-needed setup; its boom microphone and inline controls keep call tasks close at hand.
• For contact-center or other call-heavy work, the lightweight stereo design is intended for extended wear, while the directional, noise-cancelling microphone is designed to help callers hear the wearer in busy work settings.
• When joining Microsoft Teams or other supported UC meetings, users can manage common call functions from the inline controller instead of reaching for on-screen controls; certification and specific button functions depend on the headset variant.
• In a shared office or home workspace, the boom microphone’s directional pickup and noise-cancelling processing are intended to make the wearer’s speech clearer on calls, though they should not be treated as full room-noise isolation.
• For a user switching between a newer USB-C laptop and an older USB-A computer, the included adapter supports connecting the wired headset to either port, avoiding a separate wireless pairing or charging step.
