An acrylic platter reduces wow and flutter effects due to its higher mass, which increases rotational inertia. Acrylic delivers cleaner, more detailed sound by minimizing unwanted vibrations through its high density and low stiffness. Place records directly on the acrylic platter without a mat to fully benefit from the material properties.
