The vertical shape of the R-Go HE mouse allows you to move the mouse with your arm instead of the wrist. Make sure the cursor speed of the mouse is not set too sensitively, so that when moving the cursor on the screen you are also stimulated to move the whole arm. The mouse is intentionally lightweight to prevent unnecessary muscle strain.
