If you see RST displayed on the panel, long press the down button till the lowest height, and the desk is reset. If the system not work yet after reset, please kindly let us know, we will help solve the problem as soon as possible. Anti-Collision System There is an anti-collision system built in the desk, if there is an obstacle or pet under the desk during the height moving down, the desk will stop first and then move upwards.
