Low friction SC APC singlemode SIMPLEX fiber optic patch cable. The SC APC cable features an Ultra Low Friction flame retardant LSZH jacket (Coefficient of Friction <0.2). These low friction cables are ideal for premises wiring. Their stiffness enables installation by pushing, as well as the conventional pulling method. They are suitable for use even in congested conduits.
This optical fiber cable is compatible with all networks, CATV, FTTH, FTTB, and FTTP systems. It is commonly used for Verizon Fios, Google Fiber, and other FTTH in-home fiber optic network optimizations and extensions. Many customers utilize these SC/APC to SC/APC cables for relocating in-house ONTs (Optical Network Terminals). This patch cable is used to re-route fiber optic networks or extend fiber internet cables.
Armored for Strength: This fiber jumper cable incorporates a built-in stainless steel tube to protect the inner glass core from damage. A protective LSZH outer jacket reinforces the cable structure. It retains all standard patch cord features while being significantly stronger. It is pressure resistant and wear resistant.
The package includes one SC-APC Fiber Optic Adapter for easy extension.
