Ape Labs Maxi 2+ TourBox Creme Description

The Ape Labs Maxi 2+ TourBox Creme package provides a large-scale wireless uplighting solution with 12 Maxi 2+ fixtures split between two portable charging cases. This configuration gives event professionals enough fixtures to illuminate larger ballrooms, wedding venues, stages, tents, architectural spaces, and dance floors while keeping transport and charging organized between events.

Each Maxi 2+ fixture features three 15W RGBaW LED sources for 45 watts of total LED power. Ape Labs AmberWhite technology adds a dedicated warm 2700K output to the RGB color system, helping produce warm whites and vivid event colors. The fixture delivers up to 1,635 lumens of total lamp output and reaches single-color illuminance levels as high as 12,370 lux at 1 meter when equipped with the optional 10° optic.

The Maxi 2+ comes standard with 15° optics and can be configured with optional 10°, 25°, or 45° optics for applications ranging from narrow architectural columns to broader wall washes. Its rechargeable Ni-MH battery provides up to 14 hours of operation with all colors running at full power, while the IP65 housing supports use at both indoor and outdoor events. Solid-state, fanless construction allows silent operation in ceremonies, presentations, video production, and other noise-sensitive environments.

Ape Labs' wireless ecosystem simplifies control for mobile event production. The included ApeRemote controllers provide direct wireless operation without requiring a conventional lighting console, while fixtures can be divided into groups for independent color, brightness, program, speed, and effect control. MusikMode provides automatic synchronized lighting effects based on music, and optional Ape Labs Connect hardware expands the system with smartphone app and wireless DMX control.
