The Canon XA75 - Your Compact 4K Camcorder
The Canon XA75 Professional UHD 4K Camcorder is a portable, lightweight camera with remarkable features designed for ENG-style documentary and journalism productions. It comes equipped with UHD 4K recording capability, a 1" CMOS sensor, two XLR audio inputs, as well as mini-HDMI and BNC 3G-SDI output. Pro features comprise Dual-Pixel and Contrast autofocus, fast- and slow-motion recording, complete manual control, optical and electronic image stabilization, a 3.5" touchscreen LCD, customizable buttons, infrared mode, and a DIG! C DV 6 image processor with high sensitivity and minimal noise. The XA75 is also equipped with display monitoring features such as zebra, color bars, and test tone, in addition to a built-in neutral density filter mechanism.

The camera records in UHD 4K30 and Full HD 1080p60, saving to dual SD card slots in XF-AVC and MP4 formats, while it provides output via mini-HDMI and 3G-SDI ports. Dual SD card slots allow for seamless switching between cards and simultaneous recording on both. The camera can deliver up to 1920 x 1080p 10-bit 4:2: 2 video at 59.94 fps through its mini-HDMI and 3G-SDI outputs. On the audio side, the XA75 supports up to four channels of LPCM audio with adjustable manual or automatic recording levels. It has two XLR inputs with phantom power and a 3.5 mm stereo mini input, as well as a built-in stereo microphone and a headphone jack.
