- The camera has no focus function and the lens is fixed. Please keep a shooting distance of 1.6 feet or more, the further away the better the shooting effect.
- Before inserting or removing the memory card (not included), please turn off the power.
- Memory cards can be formatted by the video camera the first time you use it (up to 128GB SD card support (not included) requires a class 10 or higher memory card).
- If the memory card has been used by other cameras, it also needs to be formatted.
- If the video camera cannot detect the memory card, you can try to format the memory card on the computer and then put it into the video camera.
