The Mueller Reusable Beaded Hot/Cold Pack delivers soothing hot or cold therapy in one compact pack. It is filled with flexible gel beads that conform to the contours of your knee, shoulder, ankle, back or neck. Store it in the freezer for cold therapy after sprains, bumps and bruises, or warm it in the microwave for heat therapy on sore muscles and stiffness.

Made by Mueller Sports Medicine, the pack is reusable and easy to clean with mild soap or alcohol, making it a handy addition to a first aid kit, gym bag or home freezer.

Cold therapy: Store the pack in the freezer for 1.5 hours before use. Heat therapy: Wrap the pack in a dampened cloth or paper towel, then microwave on high (100% power) for 30 seconds. Knead the pack to distribute heat, then microwave in additional 10-second intervals, kneading between each, until the desired temperature is reached. For both: Wrap or cover the pack with protective material, apply to the injured area and alternate 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. Test the temperature before applying, never place directly on skin and do not overheat. Clean with mild soap, alcohol or detergent; do not boil.
