What type of electrodes pads does the TENS massger machine fit?
This package includes 2 pack pads. If you want more, pls check and buy our NURSAL wireless replacement pads ASIN: B0DRGB12JX, it has 4 pack pads.
NOTE: Other brands pads can not be compatible.
What is the frequency of using the tens unit per day?
Use it for 20 minutes each time. It can be used 2 to 3 times a day. You can also increase it as appropriate according to your own tolerance.
After being fully charged, the remote turned off in a few minutes, why? And how does the LED light on the host work?
Remote: No operation in 10s, back-light go out, press key to light up; No operation in 150s, remote will AUTO-OFF (Not mean LOW POWER), press power key on.
Host: Green light: standby mode;
Red light: low power;
Green light blinking: treatment mode;
It's very difficult for me to use it on my back, any good suggestions?
Clean skin, no oil and dirt. Turn on the host, fasten the pads and stick the pads on the smooth NOT uneven surface body part. Or ask others help, gently press it with your hand to ensure adheres completely. Other operations can be done by remote.
Can't adjust the intensity of the wireless tens unit?
1, Check if the host is power off automatically, pls turn on the host, then adjust intensity by press button +/-.
2, Check if the pads falls off from host or the skin. Only when it is re-attached fully well, the intensity can be normally increased.
