



Gel pack installation method:
1. Place the glued end of the gel pack on the bottom of the neck stretcher.
2. Stretch the gel pack in the middle of the neck stretcher, then stick the Velcro. (Make sure the gel pack site is on the cervical spine)

NOTE: The gel pack has a soft plush side, the soft plush cover helps your body gradually adapt to the temperature, also avoid condensation water dripping from cooling. We recommend using the plush surface for 10 minutes first. If it's not cold enough or hot enough, use the nylon surface for a cold or hot compress.


Usage:
1. Put this cervical tractor flat on the bed, sofa or flat place you want to use.
2. Adjust the position, find a comfortable place, let your neck lie flat on the pillow, let your neck relax completely. Knees bent, hands next to head, head in the air, stretching neck by natural gravity.
3. If you choose to use it with a gel pack, configure the gel pack according to the method of hot and cold compresses, and then install it on the traction pillow.
Note:
