Q1:  why the picture is not clear ?

A1: please kindly adjust the focus distance , this endoscope the best Observation is 4-10 cm , when you Observation please do not move the lens and this endoscope with 8 LED lights , when you used area is dark , please adjust the led lights to the max !  and please kindly noted this is focus product , can not compared with you home camera , and please kindly adjust the Observation distance ,then the picture will be much clear ! 

Q2: Why open the APP ,did not have any picture ?

A2 : please kindly noted when scan QR code download APP choose right version ,for iphone choose IOS , for smartphone cellphone choose Android version . also please kindly confrim if connected success ! (For connected , did not enter any password , just click and connected ) (

Q3 :  Why working 1-2 mintues have been freeze picture ?       

A3 : Please kindly checked the connected USB port , and make more tight , usb port loose will casue single is not stable , now we have been fixed this problem , just please do not worry ! 

Q4 : does this endoscope can used on water ?  

A4:  this can support used on water , the time generally support 10-15 mintues , we suggest used on water used a waterproof cap . 

Q5 : what is the Resolution on this endoscope ?
