Is the CT80 a powered mixer? Can it connect directly to passive speakers?
CT80 is powered professional mixers and do not include a built-in amplifier. Passive speakers require an external power amp. Active (powered) speakers can be connected directly.
My MacBook can't recognize it?
Please press the MENU button, and then use the left and right arrow keys to switch to PC mode.
Why does the output sound level feel low?
Professional mixers use multi-stage level control. Please adjust channel GAIN, channel fader, main output fader, and the external amplifier or powered speaker volume for proper output.
What should I do if the sound is distorted?
If distortion occurs, please check that the PAD switches are turned on, reduce the GAIN level if set too high, and lower the output volume of connected instruments or audio devices. Proper gain staging helps ensure clean sound.
Why is the SIG indicator not lighting up? Is the mixer defective?
This usually means that no audio signal is being sent to the mixer, or the master volume fader is not turned up. Please check the audio inputs and turn up the master volume fader. The indicator lights should then function normally.
