How to charge the receiver?
The receiver is rechargeable and needs to be charged using a DC5V power adapter with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. Do not use a cable with USB-C connectors on both ends, as doing so may fail to initiate charging.
How can I change the frequency of the receiver?
The microphone utilizes frequency hopping technology. When you click the frequency selection button on the belt-pack transmitter to change the frequency, the receiver will immediately adjust accordingly.
Does the product have a speaker function and can it work independently?
The product is a microphone set. It does not have a built-in speaker for external playback and needs to be used together with a speaker, mixing console, or amplifier system.
What should I do if the transmitter and receiver frequently disconnect?
You can press the SET button on the transmitter once to switch the frequency channel and avoid frequency interference. There are 15 channels available.
Why can’t the receiver enter pairing mode?
With the microphone turned on, press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds until the screen flashes, then restart the receiver and short-press the microphone SET button to sync.
