On the first startup, or after Factory Reset, you'll be prompted during the setup wizard to create/login to a Nextbit account, and that manages your 100GB cloud storage.

No, it does not come with a quick charger, you can however plug the included USB Type A to USB Type C cable into to other phone chargers. I'm using it with my old smartphone charger. The quick charge applies. You can buy the official charger from the manufacturer's website.
