


Four main Cellular Frequency Bands in the US
700 MHz band (LTE band 12 and 17): Used by AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile for 4G LTE service only.
850 MHz Cellular Band(LTE band 5): LTE band numbers used by AT&T and Verizon only, mostly for 2G Voice and 3G Data service like Straight Talk, U.S.Cellular, though both are beginning to transition to LTE on this band.
1900 MHz PCS Band (LTE band 2): Used by all four major carriers for a mix of 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE service ( At&t, Verizon, Sprint,T-mobile, Straight Talk,U.S. Cellular etc)
2100 MHz AWS Band (LTE band 4): Used by T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon for 4G LTE service only.

1.BTS port of signal booster connect to outdoor antenna. And the other port is connected to indoor antenna.Please do not confuse the port.
2. Please make sure that the position where you install the external antenna could receive great signal of 3-4 bars.
3. The outdoor antenna and indoor antenna should be separated at at least 33 feet with constructive obstacles (e.g.,wall,partitions, etc.).
4. If the display blinks rapidly and continuously, it means that the outdoor signal is weak and the signal is unstable. Please adjust outdoor antenna to the position optimum antenna direction or put it at a higher place and make sure it could receive good signal from signal tower.
5.If the signal bars of the booster display is full, but the cell phone signal is not enhanced at all. You should increase distance between outdoor antenna and indoor antenna. Make sure there is no opening area like windows and doors between them.
