What’s the first thing I should do when I unbox the amplifier?
Like most electronic devices, the battery may naturally discharge during long-term storage, so the initial power level may be low or even depleted. Please fully charge the amplifier before use to ensure stable performance.
Why does buzzing or hissing occur or become more noticeable on Drive channel when the battery is low or when charging?
Drive channel's high gain massively boosts all input, including the subtle electrical noise from low or charging battery. This amplifies the underlying interference into a very noticeable buzz or hiss. (Power indicator turns red when battery is low)
How do the Clean and Drive channels differ in sound, and why is the Clean channel recommended for beginners?
The Clean provides a clear, natural tone, ideal for practice. The Drive adds gain for a thicker, distorted sound and may slightly amplify background noise. Beginners are recommended to start with the Clean channel to get familiar with the amp’s tone.
Why is this amp only for electric guitars and not recommended for acoustic guitars or basses?
This amplifier is designed for electric guitars, with input and speaker optimized for their signals. Acoustic guitars and basses have different signal and impedance, which can cause weak or distorted sound, so use with them is not recommended.
Why is my guitar amp not producing sound or seems not to work?
Make sure your guitar or instrument plug is fully inserted into the amp to avoid poor contact; Ensure the amplifier is fully charged so the battery can support normal operation; Check that the volume and gain knobs are set to appropriate levels.
