How to connect with the guitar amp with bluetooth?
1.Turn on Bluetooth function on guitar amp,blue light flashes and the amp is ready to pair.
2.Turn on Bluetooth of smartphone, search" JA-02 II” . The Bluetooth indicator light turn blue after pairing sucessfully.
How to deal with if amp have low volume?
Firstly, read the product manual carefully to make sure the Bluetooth is connected correctly.
Secondly, adjust phone's volume to the highest level !
Finally, Turn the amp volume knob to the maximum.
Why do some fans think the "Clean" effect produces no sound?
Because primary effect of "clean" is a "low-distortion original sound" rather than changing volume. you need to turn the amp volume up to the maximum and then listen. This requires patient listening, as sometimes it manifests as slight changes.
How to troubleshoot if the amp isn't working?
1. Check the battery level/power supply and whether it is charged successfully.
2. Check the connections: audio cable is plugged in securely / Bluetooth is functioning properly.
3. Inspect all knobs.
4. Check guitar channel / monitor interface .
