SIMPLE TO USE:
1. Install batteries, then hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to turn on the transmitter and receiver respectively;
2. Adjust the transmitters power and get the receiver slowly close to the transmitter until you can hear and judge the sound in search of cables;
3. The red line of the transmitter clips the cable to be detected, the black line doesnt have to be connected;
4. Short-circuit judgment - if the receiver sounds by detecting an untested cable, this cable is short-circuited

Precautions for wire tracing are as follows:
1) Never use on live circuits to avoid damaging the tester! Underground wire trackers are only suitable for locating non-powered cables;
2) There should be no other equipment or powered cables around the transmitter and the target line, otherwise interference signals will be generated, affecting the accuracy and sensitivity of the line search;
3) This product is suitable for single-core or double-core wires, not for multi-core wires, bundled wires and twisted wires;
4) If you want to find the target line from multiple similar wires, this model of product will not work, because it will generate crosstalk signals and cause misjudgment. If necessary, you can purchase other line-finding products of our company, such as NF-826;
5) Line-finding length and line-finding depth test range: The line-finding length range is 0-1000 feet, when the target line is in a muddy environment, the line-finding depth is 0-3 feet, when the target line is in a steel pipe, iron pipe, PVC pipe, etc., there will be signal attenuation, and the line-finding depth is 1 to 2 feet.
Serious warning: When the length and depth of the target line exceed the test range, the line search will definitely fail, please choose another model of wire tracker!
