How to calibrate SOC/SOH accurately?
1. Set Battery Capacity/Max Voltage/Cut-off Voltage in Settings; 2. Complete a full charge-discharge cycle.
Why does current show negative/fluctuate?
Hall sensor may arrow direction incorrect.
For positive cable install: arrow points to battery + pole. Reconnect and use "Current Zeroing" (Settings > Adjust).
Monitor won't turn on. How to fix?
Check: 1. Battery voltage>9V; 2. Power cable polarity (red=+, black=-); 3. Secure DC IN connection. Reset with 10-sec power button hold.
Can I track both charge/discharge currents?
Yes with Dual-Hall Mode (buy extra sensor). Connect one Hall to input cables (e. g. solar), another to output (e. g. inverter). Arrows face the battery positive terminal.
Note: Do not set dual Hall mode with single Hall.
Why does the buzzer alarm keep triggering?
Adjust thresholds: High VoltageBMS limit (e. g. 14.6V for 12V LiFePO4), Low SOC20% for lead-acid. Disable buzzer via Settings > Alarm > Buzzer Switch.
