Why isnt my OntheGo charger working or charging consistently?
The OntheGo charger requires a minimum 36W (3-in-1) or 30W (2-in-1) USB-C PD power adapter with a dedicated output. Many phone chargers or multi-port adapters do not supply enough power, which can cause charging to stop or not start.
Can you charge devices (phone, earbuds) with cases on them?
We suggest using MagSafe or Qi2-compatible cases for your phone. Please avoid metal cases or any cases thicker than 2.5 mm for the wireless earbud charger, as they might affect charging performance.
Will the OntheGo 3-in-1 Charger supports devices equipped with Qi technology and not Qi2?
Yes, but the charging speeds will be limited to the capabilities of the host device. For Android, its 10W, while for iPhone, its 7.5W.
Does it work with Android devices, and is the OntheGo 3-in-1 watch charger compatible with Samsung Galaxy Watch?
Yes, as long as your Android device supports Qi or Qi2 wireless charging and uses a compatible magnetic case or adapter ring. The watch charger module was designed for the Watch series and will not be compatible with other smartwatches.
