Ergomomic Design
The shape of NM20 is created on years of experience by NF ACOUS engineers. The nozzle is slightly curved to mimic the shape of the second bend in the ear, a curve is put in place to reduce pressure against the crus helix, and a slight protrusion to add support on the concha.
