For optimal gravity-fed operation, we recommend placing the water reservoir above the device. This ensures reliable water flow while the anti-backflow valve safeguards against unintended drainage. On HA (ZHA & Z2M), an intelligent flow safeguard activates if water is blocked or low. If no flow is detected for 20 seconds, a Low Water alert appearspreventing dry runs and ensuring safe, consistent care for your indoor plants
