The primary cause is insufficient power from the USB ports. Please plug both USB cables into the computer, use a self-powered USB hub, or reduce the brightness of the light strip.
Why are the colors of the light strips inaccurate in sync mode?
It's likely because your computer has automatic HDR enabled. You can manually adjust colors within the software. We will add automatic HDR correction in future updates, so please keep the software updated.
Why can't the X6 synchronize the colors of the streaming videos I watch?
Due to copyright protection, the X6 cannot read the colors of certain streaming content.
Can the X6 be used on Xbox, PS5, and TV?
X6 only supports PC or Mac.
