Which herbs or spices can I grind with the G1 Grinder?
1. We recommend grinding only dried flower buds, leaves or small spices with the G1 Grinder, such as Chamomile, Lavender, Bay Leaves, Rosemary, Thyme, Pepper, Cumin, and etc.
2. If grinding hard objects, switch to Pro mode and set the speed to high.
How can I reduce the risk of the material gets stuck during grinding?
1. Do not overfill; leave at least 50% space in the grinding chamber.
2. Tilt the grinder to 45 degrees and grind for 5 seconds before placing it upright.
3. If it gets stuck, open the grinder, clear the stuck material, and then restart.
Why is the red light flashing, and the grinder has stopped?
This indicates the battery is low. Please connect to power via USB to continue using or charge for 1 hour before use.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
The grinder comes with a 750mAh battery, which should provide enough power for grinding 1, 000 seconds at low speed, but actual battery life may vary depending on speed level, grinding material and usage environment.
Why isnt my grinder starting?
1. Ensure the grinding chamber is securely tightened. The motor wont start if the chamber is not properly installed.
2. Check if the 2 safety switches next to the blade are stuck.
3. Check if the battery is charged.
