Fog Machine Precautions: Keep
the machine level: Always operate the machine on a stable, level surface. Avoid tilting beyond 45 degrees, which could cause liquid spillage.
Use high-quality water-based smoke oil. Using inferior or unsuitable liquids will clog the system, corrode seals, and cause irreversible damage to internal components, resulting in the inability to use the smoke machine normally.
Common problems and troubleshooting: 1. No smoke/low smoke volume (1) Insufficient preheating (2) Insufficient smoke liquid or blocked oil circuit (3) Cracks in the fluid pipeline or loose connection (4) Pump failure;
2. Smoke has an odor or color; (1) Use of incorrect or inferior smoke liquid (2) Carbon deposits on the heating block, requiring professional cleaning or replacement.
3.
Unable to preheat: (1) Power supply problem (2) Damaged heating block (common after dry burning).
4. Machine leakage (1) Oil can not tightened (2) Broken fluid pipeline or loose joint
Smoke Machine Maintenance Requirements:
1. Empty the pipeline. After the performance or event, while the machine is overheating, disconnect the smoke liquid pipeline and put the pump pipe into an empty container.
2. Trigger the machine multiple times until no smoke is discharged from the nozzle and only air is discharged from the pipeline. This step is to remove any residual fumes and liquids from the pump and pipes to prevent them from solidifying and clogging upon cooling.
3. After evacuation, turn off the machine power.
4.
Cooling and storage: Allow the machine to cool naturally in a safe environment for at least 30-60 minutes. Do not pack it immediately while it is still hot.
