Why can it be fixed in the pool without glue?
The swimming pool light has a built-in magnet. The swimming pool is fixed by a metal rod. Note swimming pool light must be close to the metal. The recommended spacing is less than 2mm. In other locations, you can use the matching metal iron sheet.
Does the product packaging come with magnets?
Magnet is inside the pool light. Attach it to a metal pool (ensure flat surface) or use a metal object outside to attract it. No extra magnet in packaging.
Why is the top of my glue hard and impossible to squeeze out as soon as I buy it? Has it gone bad?
Don't worry, this is normal surface curing from air exposure. Simply puncture the hardened tip with a needle or pin to access the soft glue underneath.
Why didn't the remote control work at first?
The pool light is in timed sleep mode (energy saving). To wake it up with the remote, press multiple times or hold longerit may take a moment. Once activated, it will function normally.
