    Please calibrate the device with 35ppt standard solution for 60 seconds before first use. You can easily make 35ppt solution at home by mixing 35g pure salt + 965g distilled/pure water and stirring until fully dissolved.
    How to calibrate the device step by step?
    Turn on the device wait until 4 horizontal bars appear long press CAL to enter calibration (EdC shows) immerse the probe 34 cm deep in 35ppt solution the device shuts down automatically when done restart to use.
    What factors affect test accuracy?
    Main factors: air bubbles, flowing liquid, insufficient immersion depth, uncalibrated or contaminated sensor.
    To ensure accurate results: Immerse the probe 34 cm deep; shake to remove air bubbles; turn off aerators/filters and keep liquid still.
    How to maintain and care for the probe?
    Rinse and dry the probe with clean water after each use to prevent salt crystal buildup. When testing oily liquids, wipe the sensor with an alcohol swab to extend its service life.
    When should I recalibrate?
    Recalibrate if unused for over 3 months, after strong impact, or when readings are off. If you have problems, via message and our engineers will reply within 24 hours.
