What tools work with MoreSensor?
MoreSensor is compatible with major brands TPMS servicing tools. However, installer must make sure the TPMS or OBDII diagnostic tool is updated with latest firmware and vehicle data to avoid trigger and pair failure. We recommend ATEQ VT55 & VT56.
Why TPMS light is still on after replacement?
Plenty of factors can cause TPMS fail to reset or to pair, sensor is just one of the components. Please find certified installer that specializes in TPMS sensor replacement and system reset.
What does Pre-programmed mean?
It means the sensor is programmed with the communication protocol, and it still requires pairing process called re-learn to sync sensor information into cars ECU and communicate with it correspondingly. Pre-programmed Auto Re-learn
Why my TPMS tool cant read the sensor?
Again, lots of factors take place in this type of situation. Compatibility, application data accuracy, and the ways of tool being used can cause scanning failure. Please simply return the sensors to us without trying to install them.
Duplicated Sensor ID?
Please scan each sensor with a distance in between to avoid ID duplication. Some car makers like Toyota and Lexus require 8-digit ID for data input, simply add 0 in front of sensor ID for manual entry (Ex. 00123456)
